We are always happy to provide samples to our customers. Sample garments are invoiced at the single-item price and must be paid for upfront.
Because some colour icons may not accurately reflect the true shade of a garment, we recommend requesting a sample if a specific colour is required.
If the sample garment is then used as part of your final order, the sample cost will be deducted from your final invoice.
Payments can be made via, BACS, all Major Credit/Debit cards, cash, or cheque payments.
All BACS details are available at the bottom of your Invoice.
Payment is due upfront, prior to any work being completed unless you have an account with us.
Embroidery In House complies fully with all relevant VAT legislation. All adult sizes and application services are subject to VAT. Children’s sizes are zero-rated. If a larger children’s size is classified as vatable, we will notify you in advance. VAT on safety footwear is applied in accordance with current legislation.
Collections can be made from our Bradford shop between 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday to Thursday, and 9:00 AM–4:00 PM on Fridays.
Delivery will be made to the purchaser’s premises unless otherwise agreed. While we make every effort to deliver goods on time, we cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery.
Upon receiving your order, we recommend checking all items carefully to ensure the correct garments have been delivered. Any shortages, damages, or instances of non-delivery must be reported to us by telephone within 48 hours of delivery.
Embroidery In House Ltd reserves the right to amend prices, carriage costs, and product specifications at any time.
We’re unable to accept returns for:
Items that have been embroidered, printed, or otherwise customised.
Special-order items that aren’t part of our usual range (not listed on our website).
Items where artwork was approved incorrectly by the customer.
Undecorated items from our standard range can be returned as long as:
They are returned within 14 days of receiving them.
They are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in resalable condition.
They are still in their original packaging.

We can work with high-resolution EPS, AI, JPEG, PDF, or PNG files. If you have a logo or design that is in a different format, please do not hesitate to contact us and we can look at this in more detail for you.
If your artwork isn’t in a suitable format, we can redraw or convert it for you at a rate of £20.00+VAT per hour.
Specifications for each garment are available on our website. All sizes, measurements, and product descriptions are provided as a guide only. Embroidery In House cannot guarantee absolute consistency in size, material, proportion, colour, or shade.
To maintain the quality of your garments, please follow all care and washing instructions exactly as stated on the garment label. Embroidery In House cannot accept responsibility for issues resulting from failure to follow these instructions.
Purchasers may apply for credit by completing the Enterprise International Holdings Credit Form. Credit will only be granted once the completed form has been received and approved in writing by Enterprise International Holdings. If credit is approved, payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed with our team.
If credit is not approved, payment must be made before any garments are decorated.
Enterprise International Holdings reserves the right not to start or release any garments if payment has not been received, if the account is overdue, or if the credit limit has been exceeded.

● We match the total cost of the competitor’s product and delivery, so please take this into account.
