Returns Policy

Our aim is to ensure our customers are happy with their order. Should you wish to return any items you have purchased, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Please click on the ‘Start Return’ button next to your order in the ‘My Account’ section of the website and complete the online form.

  2. Please return the items to us in its original packaging to the following address:

    The Uniform Room, Building 1 Bay 1 Dandy Bank Road, Pensnett Trading Estate, Kingswinford, West Midlands, DY6 7TA. 

    We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office. Please note, it is your responsibility that garments are returned to the above address safely.

  3. Once we receive and check the goods, we will then refund your payment. This may take up to ten working days to complete.

    Unless faulty or not as described, returned items must:

– Be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.
– We will not accept the return after this time has elapsed.
– Be unworn, unaltered and unwashed and in resalable condition.
– Not be embroidered, bespoke or customised.
If you change your mind about the item you have just paid for, and the goods have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse, you can get all of the item price refunded straight away. However, if your items have already been dispatched from our warehouse you will need to follow the returns instructions above.
If your goods are returned to us after 14 Days then we will not be able to process the return of the goods unless the items are faulty

Customised items

We will replace any customised item if it is faulty or if we have made a mistake. Otherwise, we don’t offer returns or refunds on customised items. Before placing your order, please be careful and check product size information. We supply garments from all different manufacturers so a medium in one brand may be different to a medium in another brand, so please ensure you have checked the sizing information before you proceed.
Blank products can be returned to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the cost of the item. Please contact customer services with your order number if you would like to return blank items and they will provide further instructions.
