Yes, delivery charges apply, with a standard fee of £9. Prices may vary depending on your location. Orders over £150 (excluding VAT) qualify for free delivery.

We email a proof of all logo’s and designs within 48 hours. Approval is required before we begin production, so please check carefully—once approved, we cannot accept responsibility for errors.
Our free logo offer includes left chest embroidery in up to 15 colours, or a full-colour DTF print in a single position. Extra print colours, or additional positions can be added at an extra cost when completing your order.
The best method depends on your garment and logo complexity. Check our “Application Methods Explained” page or contact us by email or phone. If we think your chosen customisation isn’t suitable because of the garment or complexity of your logo, we’ll contact you after reviewing your order.
Absolutely! Even if it’s not listed on our website, we can usually source your garments or something similar with over 15,000 products available to us. Please get in touch with us by email or phone, and we’ll be happy to help.
As we source products from multiple suppliers, size guides differ by brand. We provide the most up-to-date guides supplied by each brand, typically per brand and, in some cases, per individual item.
Yes, we’re happy to provide samples. Sample garments are invoiced at the single item price and must be paid upfront before decoration. Since on-screen colours may not perfectly represent the actual product, we recommend ordering a sample if a specific colour is important. If you place a final order using the sample garment, the cost of the sample will be deducted from your final invoice.
