Artwork Guidelines
Positions we can print and embroider
We can print and embroider designs in a wide range of positions, depending on the garments you choose. When customising your items, you’ll see a list of all available placement options.
If you’d like to add your design to a position that isn’t shown, we may still be able to help. Simply contact our team before placing your order, and we’ll be happy to discuss what’s possible.
File types we accept
We can work with high-resolution EPS, AI, JPEG, PDF, or PNG files. If you have a logo or design that is in a different format, please do not hesitate to contact us and we can look at this in more detail for you.
Artwork quality
You should upload the highest-quality/resolution version of your logo or design that you have. If the file you provide is too low in quality for printing or embroidery, our team will contact you to discuss the best way to proceed. Our priority is to ensure your logo looks as sharp and professional as possible.
Printing and embroidery limitations
There may be some limitations depending on the type of customisation you choose. For example, certain logos or designs cannot be embroidered, particularly those with colour gradients or very fine details. If this applies to your artwork, our expert team will review your design once your order is placed and work with you to simplify or adjust it so that the embroidery quality remains high.
Colours
We use Isocord threads in all our embroidery machines and refer to their Pantone chart to match your design’s colours as closely as possible. If you would like a specific Pantone colour to be used, or if you already know the Pantone reference number, please enter it in the notes section on the customisation page.
Maximum dimensions for embroidery and print
The maximum width for embroidery is 280 mm, and for printing, it is 380 mm. The height of your logo will be automatically scaled to maintain the correct proportions based on the width you choose.
